The Way I See It...

Brussel Sprouts:

- Paying for a park hopper ticket and forgetting to check what time California Adventure closes…then getting to California Adventure, walking through the gate just to ask the lady “what time do you close” for her to say “we are closed”

- Not being able to work on my tan while doing outdoor work…the little sun I got shrank away and quickly turned back to white…so white that in the blacklights on Space Mountain, the dad said, “Look boys, even Miss Kansas’ socks are white.” uh…I’m not wearing any socks. 

- Over-mixing Christmas Spritz cookies…they were a nice flat mess after baking them.

- The Christmas light guy moving…seriously, Kentucky wants you back in California to entertain Murrieta one month out of the year…and you gave out candy canes.

- Every time I logged on Facebook someone: got engaged, had a baby, got married or is pregnant…not cool.

- “Super Fries” that made me so sick…who ever thought French Fries, Carne Asada, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo and lots of cheese was a good mixture had an iron stomach.

Cheesecake:

- Going to Disneyland with my best friend and spending all day moseying around and having a splurge fest dinner at Rainforest Cafe.

- Watching Elf with Andrew and cuddling the entire time.

- Laying under a Christmas Tree Grey’s Anatomy style and talking about what traditions we want as a family.

- Random Tuesday visits with Andrew…I seriously love him.

- Finishing Christmas shopping and wrapping gifts.

- Rain and sweats…seriously heaven

- Being 1 month away from enjoying Seattle for 3 amazing days.

- Buy one get one free Christmas tumblers from Starbucks yesterday…scored a venti and gifted a grande.

- Mexican Coke…because that’s the best stuff around.
